Privacy

Short version: the only personal data this site holds is what you type into the quote form. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on any page.

What we collect

Only if you send the quote form: your name, email address, ZIP code, which glass broke, your vehicle if you give it, and any note you write. Along with it we record the date, your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page you sent it from, and the exact consent wording that was on screen when you sent it.

That last part exists to protect you as much as us: it is the record of what you agreed to, in the words you actually saw.

If you do not send the form, we collect nothing. No cookie is set. There is no tracking script on this site — you can check that by viewing the source of any page.

What we do with it

A quote request is passed to a licensed glass business able to work in your area, so that they can reply to you. That is the purpose of the site and the only reason the form exists.

We do not sell contact details, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your request to anyone other than a business responding to it.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and their consent records are kept while they are useful for the job and for any follow-up, and deleted after that. If you want yours removed sooner, ask and we will delete it.

The consent wording

The checkbox beside the send button says, in full:

I agree to be contacted about this request by email or text at the address and number I provided. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

It sits next to the button rather than buried on this page, because that is where the decision is made. It is not ticked for you.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to delete it, and we will.
• Ask us to correct it if something is wrong.
• Withdraw consent at any time by replying to any message from us.

Contact us through the form on any page for any of these.

Business information on this site

Names, addresses and phone numbers of businesses come from the City of New Orleans public licence register. That is public record about businesses, not private data about individuals. If you are a business owner and something we show is out of date, tell us and we will re-check it against the register. How we use city data.
