What this site is

Auto Glass Repair New Orleans is a referral site for automotive glass work in New Orleans. We publish research drawn from the city's public registers and we pass quote requests to independent licensed businesses.

We do not carry out the work ourselves. Any job is a contract between you and the business that does it. Their warranty, their pricing and their scheduling are theirs.

About the figures

Everything numeric on this site comes from two open registers published by the City of New Orleans, and every page says which years it uses. We publish what the records say. We do not estimate, and where a record is blank we show a dash rather than a zero.

Records can still be out of date, miscategorised or incomplete at source. A licence listed as active may have lapsed since the dataset was published; a call type may have been entered wrongly at the time. We explain exactly what we excluded and why.

About the businesses we name

Businesses appear here because they hold a public licence, not because we recommend them. A licence is a matter of registration, not of quality. Nothing on this site is an endorsement, a warning, or a claim about anyone's workmanship.

The guidance on these pages

What we write about laminated and tempered glass, chip repair limits and camera calibration is general information about how vehicle glass works. It is not an inspection of your vehicle. The shop that sees the damage is the one that can tell you what yours needs, and where their assessment differs from anything here, theirs is the one in front of the car.

Changes

We re-read the city datasets periodically and the figures change when the records do. Pages carry the window they were built from.
